Quality and environmental policy statement

Trade Kontakt Ltd strives to gain abilities with the help of which its services and products meet social requirements and customer expectations. The upper management drafted eight quality-control principles to improve the operation of the organisation.

Customer orientation: We get to know present and future customer expectations and needs, we fulfil our customers' requirements and try to surpass their expectations.

Management: We define and ensure the conditions about the conformity of products.
Involving colleagues: It makes possible to use their abilities for the benefit of the organisation.
Process approach: To achieve the desired results we control our activities and related resources as a process.
System approach: Our processes connected with each other are treated like a 'customized' system.
Continuous development: Our constant aim is the overall and continuous development of our operation.
Decision-making based on facts: Our organisation collects and analyses data and information which are necessary for successful decision-making.
Mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers: We choose our partners on the basis of expediency and mutually beneficial relationships.

Every activity and service of Trade Kontakt Ltd may cause environmental effects, which will be recognised and the company commits itself:

to meet the regulatory requirements in connection with environmental factors of the company

to prevent environmental pollution according to MSZ ISO 14001

to accomplish continuous development by improving the assessment standards of environmental performance

Our aim is to meet the criteria mentioned above. As the fundamental economic interest of our company is to achieve purposes of quality and environmental policy I set it as a task of vital importance to my colleagues.
